grief invites us to slow down, listen, + honor what has changed. whether you’re mourning a loved one, a pet, a job, a home, or a version of yourself—you are welcome here. this ceremony is about learning to hold yourself through the entire journey of loss, with gentleness & grace. together, we’ll create a ritual that supports both acceptance & the quiet becoming that follows. you’ll be invited to embody the energy of what or who you’ve lost—allowing their essence to live on, within you.

these ceremonies honor collective turning points—birthdays, ancestry, transitions, reconciliations. a co-creative process to acknowledge & celebrate change, repair, & re-connection.
